About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and disciplined Delivery Lead to manage projects within one or two value streams of a digital portfolio. You’ll oversee multiple initiatives ranging from small enhancements to large-scale transformations. Experience in Operational Technology (OT) will be an advantage, but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery : planning, resourcing, risk management, financials, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and maintain exceptional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including navigating complex or challenging situations.
• Quickly get up to speed with teams, systems, and ways of working—adapting to ambiguity and change with ease.
• Ensure disciplined, structured project management practices are followed at all times.
