We're seeking an experienced Transformation Delivery Lead who can oversee complex technology workstreams and initiatives that will shape the future of both organisations.You'll be acting in a key strategic role, collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across the NZAA and AAI, to help shape and define technical requirements, manage dependencies, identify strategic opportunities and risks, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

As the primary liaison to the NZAA, your leadership, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, coupled with a data-driven, value-based approach and strong change management capabilities, will be essential in delivering outcomes for both organisations and maximising alignment between technology, operations and business units while minimising disruption.This role is ideal for a technically skilled delivery leader with a strong background in platform integration and a passion for leading impactful change.If you thrive on solving complex challenges in a dynamic, collaborative environment, this is the opportunity for you.What You'll Be DoingAbility to understand and assess the future AAI transformation and technology programmes, ensuring requirements consider and account for any impact and dependencies to the NZAA and vice versa.Work with NZAA Transformation counterparts to understand and assess NZAA\'s future transformation and technology programmes, ensuring dependencies and impact to AAI are considered and reflected in requirements and success metrics.Develop and prioritise a backlog of features and fixes for the NZAA and drive delivery in collaboration with the AAI transformation and technology teams.Understand change management and ensure business readiness, partnering with AAI and NZAA Change functions to ensure successful change implementation.Identify impacts, risks, strategic opportunities and dependencies from the AAI Transformation programme that may impact the NZAA and the NZAA centre network.Oversee future changes to NZAA data feeds, understand downstream system impacts to the NZAA and drive solutions where required.Drive strong stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary liaison between AAI and NZAA technical teams and relationship teams.Facilitate workshops, stand-ups and steering committee meetings to maintain transparency and alignment.What You'll Bring With You5+ years\' experience in delivery leadership or product ownership roles.Proven experience managing complex relationships and influencing across multiple stakeholders, including cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and system architecture.Expertise in agile and hybrid delivery methodologies including backlog management, sprint planning, and release coordination.Proven ability to assess operational impacts and lead change initiatives across diverse business units.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Understanding of data governance, identity management, and infrastructure integration.Detail-oriented, resilient, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why You'll Love Working With UsWe have an inclusive and supportive environment and believe every voice matters.
