Our Scrum Master / Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful delivery of a number of complex products across multiple teams, from inception through to handover to business and customers, ensuring the team's delivery of specified products and services within agreed time, quality and cost parameters.

In this role, you will develop, streamline, and nurture key relationships with the team and its stakeholders, encouraging a future-orientation and championing the values of the organisation to achieve greater levels of operational excellence and delivery through appropriate agile frameworks.

What You'll Do

  • Planning - Facilitate team-level planning and coordinate across teams to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and provide transparent delivery forecasts.
  • Product Lead Interfacing - Partner with Product Owners and Managers to support backlog refinement and ensure alignment between product goals and delivery execution.
  • Agile Events - Facilitate key Agile ceremonies to foster continuous improvement and enhance team collaboration, efficiency, and agility.
  • Artefacts - Support the creation and maintenance of Agile artefacts, providing visibility into priorities, progress, and risks for teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring - Track delivery health and performance and provide clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
  • Team Performance and Impediment Removal - Coach and empower teams to improve collaboration and delivery effectiveness while proactively identifying and removing obstacles.
  • Communication - Foster clear and transparent communication across teams, stakeholders, and leadership to build trust and ensure effective information flow.
  • Technical Support - Collaborate with engineering leads to champion technical excellence and ensure teams have the tools and practices needed for effective and sustainable delivery.
  • Knowledge Management - Promote effective knowledge sharing and organisational learning by ensuring decisions, learnings, and best practices are captured and accessible.

Requirements

Preferred Work Experience

  • Have 4+ years working as a Delivery Lead / Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager leveraging agile delivery practices, within Product / Digital / Tech / Software company
  • Certification or Qualifications

  • Tertiary Level Degree in Management or similar qualification - preferred
  • Certified Agile Coach and / or Scrum Master
  • Technology & Systems

  • A high level of exposure to Product Managers, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Software Engineers, Software Testers, UX Designers and DevOps Engineers
  • Broad experience across digital systems and technology platforms (Jira, Monday / MS Projects etc)
  • Learning Agility
