Trade Support Team Member - (Mandarin Speaking) - Auckland South Hub

Overview

As a Mandarin speaking Trade Support Team Member , you’ll be the heartbeat of the branch providing essential support to our Asian trade market. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, suppliers and mandarin speaking customers to ensure a seamless experience. With a flexible, can-do attitude, you’ll manage customer inquiries, offer product advice, prepare quotes and pricing, and find solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with our suppliers and mandarin speaking customers face to face, over the phone, and via email
• Recommend suitable products, process orders, and manage sales documentation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track orders and arrange timely deliveries
• Take clear briefs from stakeholders and prepare accurate quote documentation
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Team Leaders to capture opportunities through daily and weekly planning
