You will lead a team in supporting our clients to live as independently as possible while also providing a safe environment where they can develop confidence, build friendships, and interact within the community.There will be a mixture of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts across the week, so flexibility to support your team across various shifts is essential.What does the role involve?

| He aha te mahi a te mahiThe Team Leader assists people with disabilities to live as independently as possible, as well as leading and motivating their team.

Your day may involve responsibilities such as : Organizing activities at home and in the community that are meaningful and purposeful to the youth, including maximizing independence and involving whanau.Household duties including meal preparation, daily care routines, and personal cares.Working with a team to implement personal support plans consistently, fostering effective teamwork and communication.Providing a warm, nurturing environment that is inclusive of ideas and feedback, supporting each person's personal goals.What is in it for you?
