We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Product Owner to join our Automation Services team. This is a pivotal role during a period of integration and growth, where your leadership and expert interpersonal skills will help shape the future of automation within our organisation. As a Product Owner, you will drive innovation and advance automation across our organisation. Working closely with the Business Platforms Manager, you’ll help shape smarter, more efficient solutions as we move into the next phase of our automation journey.

This is a full‑time (37.5 hours / week) permanent position, with a salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

You bring exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, a collaborative approach, and proven experience as a Product Owner in large, complex organisations working in hybrid environments. Skilled in managing the value in product backlogs and working within Agile (Scrum) frameworks, you take a methodical approach to structuring workloads. Your ability to build strong relationships with business partners, engage staff, and deliver practical, solutions‑focused outcomes ensures success as we innovate and scale.
