Senior Product Owner

University of Auckland invites applications for a Senior Product Owner (fixed‑term, 6‑month) to lead strategic initiatives that enhance the staff and student experience through CRM capabilities.

Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

You will be part of Te Aupikinga, the University’s first Agile Release Train, collaborating across Marketing, Student Services, and Digital Services.

The role is full‑time (37.5 hours / week) with a salary range of $125,000 - $145,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Manage backlogs, facilitate delivery, and coordinate with ART teams and CRM team members.
• Engage a broad stakeholder group, including Student Hubs and the Student & Scholarly Services Division.
