The opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Product Owner to work with our Process Excellence Squad with a view to simplifying processes to save time and enhance the customer experience. You’ll lead cross-functional agile teams in translating business goals and customer needs into user-focused digital solutions. The squad will also deliver other business initiatives outside of process improvements.

Your new role

Reporting to the General Manager, Operations & Risk, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders including Heads of Delivery, Testing, and Platforms. While this role has no direct reports, you’ll lead through influence, driving execution via agile teams and ensuring quality from development through go‑live. What you’ll do :
