Hours will be between 8.00a.m. - 6.30 p.m. including a weekend shift.

About the role

The skills you will learn, will enable you to specialise in different areas within the Customer Engagement Centre, or wider business. We work in a fast-paced environment and team morale is very important to us, with a vast range of vibrant personalities, you will never be bored. This role will include working across 1 weekend day and include a late shift.

Who Are You?

You will have superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Your knowledge of customer service practices and principles will ensure you deliver a professional service of the highest standard. You will be required to make sound judgments, identifying customer needs whilst obtaining accurate information.

We are looking for candidates who have :

• At least one year’s experience in a sales or customer service position no banking background necessary.
• Previous contact centre experience preferred, but not essential.
• High resilience and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using technology and proficient computer skills.
• A positive outlook and “can do” service attitude.
