As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving and delighting customers
Flexible to work full-time evening shifts (Mon-Fri)
Holders of full working rights in New Zealand

Salary & Hours
Base pay : $66,531 per annum (incl. Kiwi Saver).
