As a trusted partner of the Auckland City Council, we take pride in maintaining the regions parks, playgrounds, gardens, infrastructure, and public spaces.

To support our mission, we're seeking a Team Manager for our Mowing Team.

What does a Team Manager Mowing do, you ask?

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for a team of Mower Operators that support our work across the Henderson region.

As the team lead, you will maintain a hands on approach, helping build a team who are focused and driven to achieve excellence and pride in what they do while exceeding our clients expectations.

What we're looking for : Our ideal candidate has prior experience either in landscaping and maintenance or a similar industry, showcasing proven leadership in achieving team success.

You will be approachable, thrive in unexpected situations, and make informed decisions to instil confidence in your team.
