Job Description About the Role We're looking for an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our team in the East Tamaki office!
This is a key role providing high quality administrative support to our clinical and management teams, as well as the wider company.
You will be the go-to person for the day-to-day office coordination, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and office support to management and clinical teams Manage correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries Maintain patient and staff records in compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards Process invoices, purchase orders, stationery orders and expense claims Support finance and project administration as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and health safety requirements About You To be successful in this role, you'll have : Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently Maintain a high standard of professionalism and organisational efficiency.
