Administration Officer

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our team in the East Tamaki office! This is a key role providing high quality administrative support to our clinical and management teams, as well as the wider company. You will be the go-to person for the day-to-day office coordination, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and office support to management and clinical teams
• Manage correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries
• Maintain patient and staff records in compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards
• Process invoices, purchase orders, stationery orders and expense claims
• Support finance and project administration as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety requirements
