Financial Administration Officer

Title : Financial Administration Officer

Type : Full-time, permanent

We are a timber exporting company located in Auckland, and we are looking for a financial administration officer to join our growing team.

Location of Work : Auckland

Type of employment : Full time, at least 30 hours per week

Days required : Monday – Friday, working in the evening is required

Pay : $30 per hour, based on qualification and experience

Responsibilities :

• Handling export / import documentation and taxation
• Recording financial transactions and balancing the books
• Cross-referencing the books against bank statements
• Creating and sending invoices, and following up to get them paid
• Making sure invoices from suppliers are accurate and paid
• Providing assistance in GST filing and annual financial reporting
• Summarising the business's financial position
• Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you from time to time
