Insurance Admin Executive (Motor & General | BCP, PGI & ComGI | 1 Year Contract)
Working days : 5.25 days (Monday to Friday & Saturday - once per month)
Working Hours :
9.00am - 6.15pm (Monday – Friday)
9.00am - 1.00pm (Saturday - once per month)
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for motor and general insurance operations.
Liaise with insurance companies and internal / external customers regarding new and renewal quotations, policy issuance, and related matters.
Accurately update transactions and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
Ensure compliance with industry standards for documentation and record-keeping.
Manage email and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and process insurance documentation efficiently.
Uphold ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
Maintain high service standards and accuracy in all policy documentation.
Ensure both customer and company requirements are met.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' level certification with 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, Comgi, PGi) will have an added advantage.
