Responsibilities
Assist customer to file accident report & advise on appropriate claim option available eg : TP or OD.
Provide clear estimation for insurance claims.
Follow up on claim authorisation standard.
Liaise with insurance company for motor claims.
Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status.
Follow up with part executive on parts availability.
Close and invoice job once repair is done.
