- About the Role
- The primary purpose of the role is to undertake the operational duties of the of the Ko Awatea Centre, to enable delivery of high-quality services and a positive customer experience to internal and external customers by Ko Awatea meeting and conference faculty.This includes the accurate management of bookings, setup of meeting rooms, concierge duties, monitoring and reporting booking attendance, providing first point of contact IT support to centre users, monitoring user behaviours and where appropriate providing corrective guidance.The range of problems will be diverse, time pressured and require solutions customised to meet the circumstances of the client.
Therefore, opportunities will arise to provide innovative options to the client based on proven outcomes and the position encouraged to use initiative and problem-solving skills to devealop innovative approaches to issues.
About youWe're currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic Ko Awatea Centre team located at the Ko Awatea Centre on the Middlemore Hospital site open 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.We're looking for someone who has outstanding customer service skills, great administrative and AV / ICT skills, and a strong commitment to teamwork to enhance our dynamic team.
