This is a dynamic inbound contact centre role where you will support our key partners and their customers.
Lodge and manage a portfolio of claims while providing a sustained high level of service to our valued customers in accordance with our Suncorp values.
Deliver the brand promise in a cost-effective manner.
What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the primary contact for our customers and ensure delivery of the service promise.
Manage a portfolio of claims and provide case management.
Advise customers on policy entitlements, lodge claims, and explain the claims and repair processes.
Set clear expectations for the claims process and provide tailored solutions.
Identify and escalate claims beyond expertise and / or authority limits to ensure process adherence.
Proactively develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners.
What You'll Bring
Proven success and experience in a fast-paced customer service role – face-to-face or telephone based
Proven track record of meeting performance KPIs and deliver exceptional results
Exceptional phone and computer skills with a genuine passion for helping people
Solution-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Flexible and resilient, able to handle pressure effectively
Comfortable using various claims management systems
