Overview
We are looking for a Faults Billing Analyst to join our Faults Department.
In this role, you will play an integral part in providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations, handling a wide range of clerical tasks while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage key administrative tasks, including invoicing, correspondence, purchase orders, and scheduling.
Generate and analyze reports to drive solutions and collaborate with clients and customers.
Ensure compliance with Northpower, customer, and regulatory standards while meeting performance goals.
Communicate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Contribute ideas for continuous improvements in safety, processes, and efficiency.
Uphold Health, Safety, and Quality standards to maintain a safe and productive environment.

About You
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
To succeed in this role, you will need
Ideally 5+ years of administration experience
Excellent attention to detail and strong data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including generating and analysing reports
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
A motivated, team player attitude and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
