Role
We're seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to play a key role in managing our end-to-end receivables process.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with systems like Xero, and is passionate about keeping processes running smoothly.
You'll be working closely with our Finance Manager and wider team, making a real impact while supporting our New Zealand operations.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for :
End-to-end management of accounts receivable for our New Zealand customers
Communicating with internal stakeholders on debtor management
Performing daily bank reconciliations
Supporting additional accounts functions as required
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in accounts receivable or an accounting-related role
High proficiency in Xero (or similar accounting platforms)
Familiarity with timesheet systems (desirable)
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset
A proactive, systems-oriented thinker who enjoys improving processes
