Overview

Join Kiwibank’s Customer Care Solutions team in this key role. Your main focus will be providing our customers with a tailored and compassionate experience demonstrating how Kiwibank solutions can assist them. In this role you will :

Responsibilities

• Assist our customers in default or requiring financial assistance with managing their overdrafts, credit cards, and loans.
• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
• Use Kiwibank products, policies, and procedures you will work with customers in difficult financial situations to facilitate asset retrieval.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a contact centre, branch or collections role.
• Can have empathetic and sensitive conversations with our customers.
• Have a problem-solving attitude to assist our customers onto a path of great financial wellbeing.
• High resilience to tackle difficult calls and make risk-based decisions.
