This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step towards becoming a Financial Adviser.In this role, you'll support our Insurance (Life, Disability & Health) Advisers to provide a high level of client support and administration, including : Proactively engaging clients on their current insurance policies, providing factual information on available options, and escalating to a Financial Adviser when advice is requiredBuilding strong relationships with clients and our insurance providers to provide an exceptional client serviceManaging inbound and outbound calls to respond to client enquiries and proactively offer policy reviewsHandling policy servicing, including alterations, general updates, and arrears handlingSupport Insurance Advisers with administrative tasksWhat we're looking for : You're an experienced administrator who knows your way around insurance products and processes.

You're confident speaking with clients, explaining options clearly, and building trusted relationships.We're looking for someone who : Has experience in insurance administration or client servicing (Life, Disability, Health Insurance preferred)Communicates with warmth, empathy, and professionalismIs proactive and confident in engaging clients about their insurance needsThrives on organisation and attention to detailWorks well independently but enjoys being part of a supportive teamIs looking to grow — perhaps with ambitions to move into an Adviser role in futureBuild your knowledge of Financial Services in a growing companyEmployee benefits including a suite of personal insurancesBecome part of a great teamRole TypeCompany OverviewWe are here to inspire more Kiwis to realise a better financial future.
