Your goal will be to deliver positive customer experiences while meeting sales and retention objectives.In office roleAnnual leave entitlement 4 weeks + 2 extra daysGiving back days - leave days for charity workSouthern cross - wellbeing one plan is coveredIncentive scheme on top of salaryFruit, coffee & more!

Shifts between 8am -7pm : likely 10am-6pm or 11am-7pmYour Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers via inbound, outbound, and digital channels to deliver tailored solutions.Conduct high-quality conversations to achieve customer satisfaction and sales success.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up actions.Contribute to team performance goals and a high-achieving team culture.What You'll BringProven experience in frontline sales or customer service.Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
