OverviewMerch & Coffee Crew Member – The Coffee Bomb (Garston)Seasonal Role – with Potential to Stay OnWe're looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused person to join our team this summer!

This role will primarily be based in our indoor merch space, but you'll also get hands-on coffee training to help cover barista breaks and lunch shifts.What You'll Be DoingGreeting customers, sharing the Coffee Bomb vibe, and helping them find the perfect merch item (tees, mugs, caps & more)Restocking, tidying, and displaying merchandise to keep the space looking amazingLearning the basics of coffee making and jumping in to support the barista team when neededHelping keep the space clean, organised, and welcoming for every customerQualifications & AttributesHas a friendly, positive, and outgoing personalityLoves a good coffee and enjoys chatting with peopleIs reliable, tidy, and great at multitaskingCan work well under pressure during busy summer daysIs keen to learn new skills (coffee training provided!)Seasonal position (November–March) with potential to stay on for the right personGreat team environmentStaff discounts on coffee, food & merchFun, fast-paced workplace with a strong local vibe
