We have a unique and rewarding opportunity in our Auckland office for an experienced commercial lawyer who is looking to take their career in a new direction.What You'll DoYou'll play a key role in the coaching and development of junior lawyers, as well as the design and maintenance of our commercial department's precedents, toolkits, training and client-facing resources.

Working closely with our Commercial authors, Learning & Development, and Marketing teams, your responsibilities will include : Coordinating the annual training programme for the Commercial team;Coaching and mentoring junior lawyers;Keeping the practice group informed of law / policy changes and market developments;Maintaining and enhancing key precedents and user guides; andCollaborating on submissions and marketing materials.What we're looking for : You'll be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years' commercial law experience.

A passion for legal education, team development or knowledge management is essential, and in-house experience would be useful.

You'll be someone who naturally builds strong relationships and brings confidence, sound judgement and a collaborative mindset to your work.
