Key Responsibilities

This is a broad and varied role working with a diverse client.

You'll be involved in a range of corporate matters, including :

Mergers & acquisitions

Capital markets and private equity transactions

Joint ventures and business restructuring

Commercial contracting and company law

Public takeovers, regulatory matters, and ICT-related work

You'll work closely with senior lawyers and partners across offices, providing commercially astute, pragmatic advice and contributing to high-value transactions and advisory work across multiple sectors.

To be Successful in the role you should have :

4+ years of post-admission experience in corporate / commercial law

Solid drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for mentoring junior team members

A desire to take on responsibility and grow within a supportive team
