Responsibilities

Work with partners across the Commercial department on high-profile, market-leading work.

Become a trusted advisor to our client base and build relationships with team members; mentor, supervise and delegate.

Qualifications

5+ years' relevant experience, which might include commercial contracting, company, JVs, M&A, business restructuring, capital markets, public takeovers, private equity transactions, regulatory work, ICT, or related areas.
