About the Role
We have a permanent, full-time opportunity available to join our Te Manawa Taki regional team as Compliance and Health Protection Team Lead, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua.
The primary purpose of the role is team management, delivery, performance, and development.
It involves operational leadership, resource utilisation, and coordinating programme planning, delivery, evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and reporting across various programme areas.
The people and performance responsibilities of the role work in collaboration with the technical and professional responsibilities of other regional and local roles such as Senior Advisors / Officers, Regional Development and Delivery Leads, and relevant professional leadership roles.
The Team Lead role will also deliver operational work and have responsibility for work programme(s) relevant to their professional skill set (depending on the size of the team they are responsible for).
