Zero Harm Business Partner NZ

Overview

We currently have an opportunity for a Zero Harm Business Partner (WHS Advisor) . Join our Zero Harm team to support the Base and Estate Management contract and play a key role in providing expert Health & Safety technical advice, management system guidance and practical support to leaders and staff across the business unit. Reporting to the Zero Harm Manager, you\'ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You\'ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on all Zero Harm related matters, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees.
• Facilitate the development of a Zero Harm leadership culture within the business unit, that is focused on manager-led delivery of positive Zero Harm outcomes.
• Support delivery and implementation of the Zero Harm Strategy and ensure performance objectives / outcomes are achieved within agreed timeframes.
• Work closely with Line of Business leaders, contract managers and employees to ensure understanding and adherence to safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate professional and timely investigation of incidents within business areas or lead complex investigations utilising ICAM or equivalent methodology.
