Responsibilities

• Partnering with leaders to implement people strategies aligned with business goals
• Supporting initiatives like team development, succession planning, and engagement
• Coaching leaders to build confidence in managing people matters
• Enabling change through thoughtful planning and collaboration
• Working closely with the wider People Team to deliver impactful programmes

About You

3+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally in advisory and coaching roles. Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills. Collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others grow knowledge in areas such as performance management, employment legislation, and talent development.
