We are seeking a relational, strategic, and committed educator to join our team as a learning support coordinator.
This is a unique opportunity to lead inclusive practice across our kura and ensure every akonga is present, participating, and progressing.
As our LSC, you will work alongside kaiako, whanau, school leaders, and external specialists to design and coordinate responsive support for learners with diverse needs.
You'll build strong systems, coach staff, lead early identification processes, and champion culturally sustaining, inclusive practices grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
This is a dedicated role that sits at the heart of our learning support system.
You will facilitate smooth transitions, guide data-informed decision making, and collaborate approaches across the school, from universal to targeted and specialist supports.
