Programme Coordinator - National Clinical Network - Clinical Leadership

About the Role
The Programme Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality and timely support to National Clinical Network Programme and Network Managers and the Clinical Networks Programme’s team, stakeholders and activities.
The role will provide the technical expertise to develop, maintain and coordinate the required processes, resources, reporting and operational activities for the programme and its individual projects and activities. You will be pivotal in supporting and developing relationships required with internal and external stakeholders. There will also be opportunities, if desired, for the Programme Coordinator to lead project activities that align with their role and activities.
This role is a key contributor to achieving maximum productivity from the resources available to the Programme and delivering the high level and timely outcomes required from the Programme.
This role is 1FTE (80 hours per fortnight).
About the Team / Service
The National Clinical Networks are a vital clinical enabler of the new health system. They involve health professions from across the system working with whānau and consumers to influence how we prioritise, drive system change, and remove unwarranted variation through the development of national standards and models of care.
The Networks are supported by the National Clinical Networks team within the Office of the Executive National Director, Clinical.
About you
We are looking for an experienced coordinator who can hit the ground running. Proven experience in coordination support to projects or work programmes in a dynamic, complex environment is vital. Experience of working in the health sector is beneficial but not essential.
