  • Location : Wellington
  • Responsible for providing coordination support for National Clinical Networks

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is the country's largest employer, delivering universal public healthcare to 5 million New Zealanders.

We provide essential hospital, specialist, and community health services across 80+ locations — from large urban centres to rural towns and remote communities.

Our goal is to improve health outcomes for all New Zealanders by delivering equitable, accessible and innovative care.

About the Role

The Programme Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality and timely support to National Clinical Network Programme and Network Managers and the Clinical Networks Programme’s team, stakeholders and activities.

The role will provide the technical expertise to develop, maintain and coordinate the required processes, resources, reporting and operational activities for the programme and its individual projects and activities. You will be pivotal in supporting and developing relationships required with internal and external stakeholders. There will also be opportunities, if desired, for the Programme Coordinator to lead project activities that align with their role and activities.

This role is a key contributor to achieving maximum productivity from the resources available to the Programme and delivering the high level and timely outcomes required from the Programme.

This role is 1FTE (80 hours per fortnight).

About the Team / Service

The National Clinical Networks are a vital clinical enabler of the new health system.
