Part-Time Coordinator | CanBead | Wellington | 6 hours / week

CanBead brings creative beading therapy to communities across New Zealand, supporting people facing illness, trauma, and loss. We run 161 workshops annually, touching the lives of nearly 1,500 participants. Now we need a Wellington-based Coordinator who can help us shine even brighter.

What You'll Be Doing

In your 6 hours each week, you'll :

Craft compelling content that tells our story across social media and marketing materials
Coordinate the magic behind our workshops, partner relationships, and community connections
Book workshops with host agencies
Collaborate with our passionate team to expand our reach and deepen our impact
Manage tutors to ensure smooth workshop delivery
Bring creative ideas to help more people discover the therapeutic power of beading
Fundraise by organizing and following through with our targets for your region

The Details

Hours : 6 hours per week (shutdown at Christmas)

Location : Work from home

Start Date : December 2025 (ideal)

Compensation : Living Wage
