ResponsibilitiesScope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of all Mechanical &Electrical worksEnsure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on siteMonitor project progress schedule and quality standardsMaintain and update site records on project progressInspect and monitor quality of workmanship of M&E works on siteCheck all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)RequirementsMinimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services EngineeringMinimum 8 years' (RTO) experience in the supervision of M&E installation for local Hospital / Healthcare / Institution / Commercial developmentsFamiliar with local codes and regulations
