ResponsibilitiesTo assist the Officer Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the project site office in areas such as logistics, visitors, vendors, housekeeping, office security access, stationeries, incoming and outgoing correspondences, etcTo provide secretarial and administrative functions for the project site team, and the project management and engineering officeTo provide professional reception manningTo assist in office day-to-day administrative worksTo do Airport Pass coding for AFLCCTo distribute Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)Keeping the inventory stock item like ART kits, stationery, PPEs, stock monitoring, and recordingTracking monthly manpower movementProcess AL and OIL applications for relevant parties signatoriesComputer allocation for new staff and update inventoryAssist in maintaining an organised and up-to-date EDMS, ensuring accurate document categorisation and retrievalAny other duties deemed necessaryRequirementsMinimum "O' levels with at least 2 years of relevant working experienceStrong communication skills, both written and spokenGood working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and file management systemsAble to manage large volumes of numerical data and documentation, both physical and digitalDetailed, organised, meticulous and yet adaptable, able to work independently and a good team playerGood working attitude with interpersonal and communication skillsPrior experience and knowledge in the use of systems and filing of records and documents, including EDMS, will be advantageous
