About the Role

You'll support the Head of Finance across key accounting functions, payroll coordination, and month-end tasks.

This is a flexible and varied position in a supportive, fast-paced environment—perfect for someone who enjoys contributing across the board.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable including invoice processing and supplier payments

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, including month-end support

Assist with inter-company billing, accruals, and prepayments

Coordinate payroll inputs for multiple territories

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with audits and reporting

So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile?

1–3 years' experience in accounting or similar finance support role

You might have been a Company Accountant, Bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant in another SME previously.

Diploma or degree in accounting (or working towards one)

Proficient in Excel and confident using MS Office tools

Detail-focused with strong time management

Quick to pick things up and unafraid to ask questions

Proactive team player who enjoys a varied workload

Available for 20 hours / week across fixed and flexible hours

Whats on offer?

The role will be hourly PAYE equivalent to c.

• k full-time salary.

Part-time flexibility – 20 hours per week

Hybrid work options ideally 2 days in the office
