We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to deliver high-level executive support to the EGM Transformation and their direct reports.
Your contribution will include coordinating with members of the Executive team and Senior Managers across the organisation, fostering strong engagement and collaboration.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) at our NZI Centre.

Administration and Office Management including comprehensive diary, inbox and travel management
Ownership of EGM and Leadership Team meetings, Team days and offsite meetings
Communications and presentations
Budget Management
Own and participate in projects
Manage events for the department

Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant Role
Strong word processing, presentation and spreadsheet skills as well as advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Trusted to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Goal focused and continually looking for process improvements.
Strong prioritisation, time management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
