Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective personal support for the CEO and senior leaders.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings and preparing briefing documents.
- Support the Kiwibank Board Chair, GGC Chair and other senior leaders as relevant.
- Assist the Senior Executive Assistant with workload and ensure collaborative, efficient operations of the Chief Executive Office.
