Service Consultant (Bodyshop & Paint)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with insurance companies or surveyors on own‑damage, windscreen, and third‑party claim assessments.
• Assist customers with filing accident reports and prepare repair quotations for insurer submission.
• Follow up on liability assessments, claim approvals, and repair authorisations.
• Keep customers informed on claim outcomes and repair progress.
• Organise and prepare all documentation related to own‑damage, windscreen, and third‑party claims.
• Monitor claim authorisation status, parts availability, and the overall repair workflow.
• Support the B&P admin team with payment vouchers for LOU, medical claims, coating, and related matters.
• Finalise repair costs with insurers or surveyors upon completion of repairs.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by your superior.
