What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with vehicle concerns, offering expert advice and tailored service solutions
- Schedule service appointments, manage work orders, and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Provide clear and accurate cost estimates
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
- Conduct thorough checks on serviced vehicles before handover
- Review invoices for accuracy and explain charges to customers during vehicle collection
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in the service or retail industryStrong communication skills in both spoken and written EnglishHigh level of independence, initiative, and attention to detailAbility to stay calm under pressure and resolve customer concerns effectivelyValid Singapore Class 3 driving licenseWillingness to work on alternate Saturdays (OT)Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes (preferred)What We Offer
