Senior Project Manager Auckland, New Zealand

We’re seeking a talented and organised Project Manager to join our team and oversee website projects from start to finish. You will be working directly with clients, helping to translate their vision into exceptional Webflow websites, ensuring seamless delivery on time and within budget. If you’re passionate about digital project management, have agency experience, and a track record of success in Webflow projects, we’d love to meet you.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an agency environment, with a focus on website projects.
• Familiarity with Webflow is highly preferred; experience managing Webflow projects is a big plus.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently, and to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing.
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality work that meets client objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management within a digital agency or related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering top-notch quality in all aspects of project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking initiative and working independently.
