Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, procurement and delivery of complex, large-scale projects within New Zealand’s vibrant healthcare sector. The role will be based in Auckland.

About you :

• Extensive experience of 10+ years in the commercial construction industry, with proven delivery of large-scale projects across diverse portfolios. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in New Zealand.
• Specialist healthcare expertise of at least 3+ years leading project and design management for large healthcare projects, with strong knowledge of construction methodology and building materials.
• Demonstrate project leadership to coordinate complex projects, and make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels and chair large, multi-stakeholder meetings.
• Skilled at working with diverse teams to develop solutions for complex challenges, challenge concepts constructively, and resolve issues effectively.
• It is essential you hold either NZ permanent resident or NZ citizenship status.
