About the RoleAs our Finance Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role supporting the Finance Manager with debtor management, sales reconciliation, export account coordination, and cashbook operations.

You'll be the primary contact for our valued export clients, ensuring seamless communication and financial accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain debtor ledgers, invoice clients, and follow up on paymentsReconcile daily, weekly, and monthly sales dataPrepare aging reports and assist with credit controlManage export invoicing, documentation, and complianceBuild and maintain strong relationships with export customers, acting as their key point of contact for financial and shipment-related mattersCoordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely export processingMaintain and reconcile the cashbook, monitor cash flow, and assist with forecastsWhat You'll BringExperience in finance or accounting (export / manufacturing sector a plus)Strong skills in debtor management and reconciliationProficiency in ExcelExcellent communication skills for client-facing interactionsHigh attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesCollaborative spirit and ability to work independentlyWhy Victor?
