As a Group Financial Reporting Manager, you will join our high-performing finance team. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll take the lead in delivering accurate financial and regulatory reporting, ensuring tax compliance, and managing the year-end audit process across the Group.

This pivotal role supports our centralised Finance Centre of Excellence, driving performance in Financial Accounting, Fixed Assets, Insurance, and Tax. You’ll also prepare consolidated budgets and forecasts, gaining broad exposure across the business while balancing operational needs with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate financial and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure tax compliance and manage the year-end audit process across the Group.
• Lead centralised Finance Centre of Excellence activities in Financial Accounting, Fixed Assets, Insurance, and Tax.
• Prepare consolidated budgets and forecasts with broad business exposure.
• Influence change and drive best practice across finance functions.
• Develop and mentor colleagues, building strong working relationships across the business.
