We are currently seeking Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing team based in Christchurch. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in large-scale projects, a strong eye for detail, and be a proactive team player. We are driven by our core values and strive to produce work that makes our clients proud and meets exceptionally high standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, prepare financial reports (progress claims, final accounts, labour analysis), and oversee procurement, cash flow, and project changes.
• Establish procurement plans, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, manage subcontractor payments, and track contract instructions and charges.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensure compliance with contract requirements, monitor financial performance, and approve project expenditure invoices.
• Provide supervision and guidance to intermediate and junior quantity surveyors while upholding Leighs’ leadership values and competency framework.
