We are looking for a restaurant manager to be part of a senior team in a busy operation. This role is for self-starters with a high level of initiative, boundless energy, passionate about engaging a team and capable of delivering exceptional customer focused results. The role is based in our Balmoral restaurant (192 Balmoral Road, Balmoral, Auckland).

This senior role will be a minimum of 32.5 hours each and not exceeding 45.0 hours per week, fulltime ranging across different day parts.

You must have a proven track record of leading a busy McDonalds restaurant, have the McDonalds RLP / LGR qualification or currently working on this program, a pre-requisite. Tertiary education is an advantage.

Salary package will be presented based on experience, skill level and positive references.  Qtrly bonus program designed to support high achievers. All other tools to support your role are offered ie : phone allowance. Right package, for right candidate will be offered.
