About the Role...In this role, you'll lead and grow Macpac's wholesale and export business.

With a strong focus on internal partnerships (BCF and Rebel AU), you'll ensure seamless execution, deliver on strategic growth plans, and champion our brand across local and international markets.

What You'll Do : Relationship Builder : Build and nurture strong relationships with wholesale partners as the go-to contact.Operational Leader : Manage end-to-end operations including forecasting, inventory coordination, and order management.Commercial Driver : Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and margin management to drive financial success.Brand Champion : Collaborate with marketing and digital teams on seasonal go-to-market plans to keep the Macpac brand strong and consistent.Strategic Partner : Develop and deliver joint business plans with key accounts, aligned to our growth strategy.Service Excellence : Provide outstanding customer service and proactive solutions for wholesale partners.Global Growth Enabler : Support international market expansion and manage export logistics.About You...We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and shares our passion for the outdoors.
