• Organise and oversee export freight from origin to destination managing any delays.
• Complete all necessary shipment documentation and ensure compliance with local and international customs.
• Track and report shipments using freight management systems
• Communicate effectively with shipping lines, international agents and internal teams.
• Prioritise urgent shipments and manage a variety of tasks effectively.
