Wholesale & Export Account Manager | Drive Growth With Macpac

About the Role

In this role, you'll lead and grow Macpac's wholesale and export business.

With a strong focus on internal partnerships (BCF and Rebel AU), you'll ensure seamless execution, deliver on strategic growth plans, and champion our brand across local and international markets.

What You'll Do

Relationship Builder :

Build and nurture strong relationships with wholesale partners as the go-to contact.

Operational Leader :

Manage end-to-end operations including forecasting, inventory coordination, and order management.

Commercial Driver :

Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and margin management to drive financial success.

Brand Champion :

Collaborate with marketing and digital teams on seasonal go-to-market plans to keep the Macpac brand strong and consistent.

Strategic Partner :

Develop and deliver joint business plans with key accounts, aligned to our growth strategy.

Service Excellence :

Provide outstanding customer service and proactive solutions for wholesale partners.

Global Growth Enabler :

Support international market expansion and manage export logistics.

About You

Wholesale Expertise :

Proven experience in wholesale account management (retail or outdoor apparel a plus).

Commercial Mindset :

Strong commercial acumen with a strategic approach.
