What you can offer usAt least 3 years' experience in a front-facing customer service role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organised, self-initiator with attention to detail.Adaptable and resilient in your approach, with the ability 'think on your feet' in a sometimes time-pressured environment.Proactive in identifying and driving continuous improvement.Ability to prioritise and multitask a variety of customer queries.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.Experience in navigating and utilizing large software systems and the MS Office Suite, with sound Excel skills.Strong commitment to Health & Safety and compliance.Exposure to the Transport & Logistics Industry would be highly regarded.What we can offer youOpportunity to join our supportive, dynamic team.Up-to-date technology with new technology coming on all the time.A supportive Manager and a team who are looking forward to their new team member starting!
